My name is Leo Vladimir, many people also know me as BBM.
For many years I have worked as a coach, and before that I went through the path of competitive bodybuilding myself – an experience that taught me discipline, patience, and respect for the process.<\/p>

Whether you are a coach, an artist, a writer, or simply someone trying to build a life from their wildest dreams – you are doing a high-risk job. And when you express yourself publicly, that responsibility becomes immeasurably greater, because in some way you shape the environment and the time in which you live.<\/p>

The passion and dedication to excellence that shaped my athletic and coaching career are the same principles I apply today to everything I create.<\/p>

LVA was born as an extension of that path – a way for the ideas, values, and experiences I have lived for years to take on a tangible form.<\/p>

I try to be the teacher I always wished I had.
I strive to live with the same passion and commitment that I once demanded from myself and from others.<\/p>

I believe in the value of giving your very best.
It is one of life\u2019s virtues.<\/p>

It does not always win.
But you must always give everything you have and never accept second-best effort.<\/p>

Only a few people truly know what it feels like to do the absolute best they can.<\/p>

But once you experience it, it becomes very difficult to return to anything less.<\/p>

The best people have a sense for beauty.
They have the courage to take risks.
They have the discipline to speak the truth.<\/p>

And because of that, they are not protected.
They are often vulnerable.
Sometimes even broken.<\/p>

But never empty.<\/p>

You cannot force something onto others that must be experienced from within.<\/p>

Art does not truly exist for everyone.
When a writer says \u201ceveryone\u201d, he really means those who are ready.<\/p>

But who can truly decide who is ready and who is not?<\/p>

That is why I want what I create to be available to everyone –
and I accept the price of that:<\/p>

that some people simply will not find themselves in it.<\/p>

The shirts are only a medium.<\/p>

The message has always been the same:<\/p>

to remind people of what they already carry within themselves.<\/p>

Strength is not a moment.
Strength is a process.<\/p>

A standard is not a status.
A standard is a daily decision.<\/p>

LVA aims to leave a mark that goes beyond clothing.<\/p>
